You are also acknowledging that the staff, administrators and owners of the elder care or health care facility in which the frame is place, if this applies, also have the right to view such content on the frame associated with your account. Moreover, in this license, you are granting Bridge Your Love to decide what content format or presentation the content may be viewed on the photo frame

As part of the license you are granting to Bridge Your Love, your are acknowledging that the content you provide to us may be subject to intellectual property rights and other licensing or user restrictions. Bridge Your Love cannot provide legal advise, so by agreeing to our Terms of Use, you assume full responsibility for authorizing us to transfer all content you upload to our site, over the internet, to the digital photo frame associated with your account.
